A marinated cut of beef cooked in a crock pot makes this dish easy to make and delicious.
Favorite cut of beef (boneless cross rib roast was used in this episode)
Your favorite Island Teriyaki Sauce
Make puncture holes on both sides of the meat.
Place in container and pour 1/2 of the teriyaki sauce on.
Cover and let marinate for appx 3 hours in refrigerator.
Place meat in crock pot. Turn to low heat.
Let cook for 8-10 hrs.
